Q: When will my order ship?
All orders are handmade in small batches (to ensure the best quality).
We usually dispatch within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders go out within 24 hours of fresh stock being ready.
Q: How long will shipping take?
Within Australia:
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days.
Express shipping usually arrives in 1–3.
International:
Expect your parcel in 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
All shipping estimates are subject to our carrier's availability and not including public holidays.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide. Orders over a certain amount ship free — check our website banner for current offers. Express and international rates are calculated at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Decadent downtime knows no borders.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We have availability to pickup in Liverpool 2170. Please send us an email or a DM to arrange this!
Product Ingredients
Q: What exactly is in the balm?
100% grass-fed beef tallow, with a touch of skin nourishing carrier oils like Argan, Jojoba and Rose Hip oil, local honey, and vitamin E. Our blends are formulating to address specific concerns and are 100% transparent in their ingredients - check each product description for more info!
No fillers or harsh chemicals - just old-world ingredients refined for sensitive skin.
Q: Is it safe for eczema-prone or reactive skin?
Yes. Skye & Eir was created by someone who’s lived the eczema struggle.
Our balm is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and tested on real sensitive humans (never animals).
Q: Does your tallow smell like beef?
Nope — it’s neutral, clean, and naturally unscented. If you're extra unsure, our blends introduce beautiful natural smells like gourmand vanilla, coffee, lavender and more!
Q: How long does one jar last?
A little goes a long way — a 100 mL jar usually lasts 2–3 months of daily use. Keep cool and dry to extend shelf life (about 12 months).
Q: Is the Source Halal?
All of our 100% Grass Fed Beef Suet is sourced from a 100% halal butchery!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my order?
We accept returns of unopened balms within 7 days of delivery. Because of the handmade nature, we can’t resell used products for your safety. See our Returns page for details Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange. See our full returns policy on the site.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
That’s not the Skye & Eir standard. Send your order number and a clear photo to skyeandeir@outlook.com and we’ll sort it quickly.
