Processing Times
All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We’re as quick as we can be — All of our handcrafted products are made in small batches, and so pre-order products may take up to 2 weeks, depending. Our team will always contact you about any pre-orders, which are clearly marked on the website.
Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)
Prefer to skip the wait? We offer local pickup at our liverpool premesis by appointment for Sydney customers.

Estimated Delivery Times
All estimates are subject to courier availability. Domestic post is handled by AUSPOST, and all couriers may experience delays outside of our control.

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.

Orders over the free shipping threshold? Your shipping’s on us.

Express and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- We avoid heavy packaging materials in order to save you the most on shipping costs - and to prevent breakage (glass breakage is such a heartbreak!)
- All orders are shipped with signature requirements to avoid lost packages!
Tracking
Once your order leaves us, you’ll get a tracking link in your email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder — or your cat’s bed — sometimes stuff gets everywhere.
Lost or Delayed Orders
We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international, reach out to us at skyeandeir@outlook.com — we’ll do our best to help.
International Orders & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer — we don’t collect them upfront. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
Delivery Address
Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If you made a mistake, email us at skyeandeir@outlook.com ASAP — once an order ships, we can’t redirect it.
We ship to all AusPost Parcel collect lockers or post offices, so you can collect without the stress!
